Santa Claus is at the island market
A special part of the year begins when the Santa Tree (formerly Giving Tree) rises inside the Island Market. This year, the tree was planted on November 14!
These festive labels that adorn the branches offer everyone the chance to fulfill the seasonal hopes of local children. Choose one or more tags to make a wish come true for young people, from newborns to 18 years old. Be sure to sign the register nearby so the organizers know each child’s badge has been chosen. Please bring wrapped gifts to Cons Pit Stop, along with the numbered stickers provided by December 8th.
The needs of the family go beyond gifts. Financial donations can be made at our cash desks for food or gift cards which are especially useful!
Children with letters to Santa Claus can post them in the decorated Santa Claus mailbox located inside the island market near Santa’s tree. Each child will receive a personalized letter from Santa Claus if the letters are deposited in the box before December 22. Please include the child’s name, return address and a phone number.
Santa Claus was born 26 years ago! Thank you for your continued support and love for our Island children! If you have any questions, please contact Judy Lindgren or Dawn Parnell.
